Rodrigo Fuentealba Cartes
Licensed engineer and Computer Science Engineer. For more than two decades I've combined data analysis with software engineering to take projects from idea to production. I'm also a chess player, motorcyclist, radio amateur, and athlete.
Background
I was born on February 22, 1983 in Talcahuano, Bío-Bío Region, Chile. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Sciences and Computer Science in 2024, with Cum Laude distinction. I currently live in the city of Talca, Maule Region, Chile.
Experience
I have worked in data analysis for more than twenty years, long before Data Science emerged as a discipline. Over time I added software engineering to take those analyses into production: from dynamic websites to complex enterprise systems. It was this path that led me to found Sea Dragon S.p.A. in 2021.
